Swedish researchers who looked at factors related to severe asthma find people with the condition are significantly more likely to suffer from blocked or runny noses. They believe parts of the immune system involved in chronic nasal symptoms may be linked to asthma severity, and that treating nasal symptoms might help alleviate severe asthma.
